Sound familiar?

Missed calls mean lost enquiries

Calls arrive while your team is serving customers or after hours, and never get picked up again.

The same questions, all day

Opening hours, services and arrangements are repeated on every call, taking time away from real conversations.

Details get lost

Contact details, service needs and preferred times are written on notes that never reach the next person.

Follow-up depends on memory

Prospects and existing customers are called back only when someone remembers, so interest quietly fades.
Voice Agent does not replace your team. It takes over the repetitive, standardisable phone work and hands clear information and intent back to people.

Two modules, one platform

Covers both inbound and outbound phone scenarios.

AI Call Handling

Answers inbound calls with the information your business provides, finds out why the customer is calling, and turns the request into a record your team can take over.
• General enquiries, opening hours and arrangements
• Request capture with contact details and service needs
• Booking intent and handover to a person

AI Outbound Sales & Customer Follow-up

Makes a first business introduction to target prospects, finds out needs and interest, invites further discussion and organises the information for sales to take over.
• Prospect introduction and needs discovery
• Enquiry and customer follow-up
• Outcomes and to-dos organised for sales

From sign-up to live, in four steps

01

Create an account

Sign up and log in to the platform yourself, then set up your business in the platform.
02

Get a number

Buy a CALL ID on the platform or connect your company's own PBX, then arrange your inbound and outbound call flows.
03

Configure the AI assistant

Set business details, scripts, service hours, contact lists and how calls are handed to a person, then test your chosen scenarios.
04

Test and go live

Start with a few real calls, confirm the results, then activate call handling or outbound campaigns and keep improving the flow.
Rather not do it yourself? Add professional services and we will analyse, set up and optimise it for you.

AI Call Handling

Give every customer a clear path when they call. The AI assistant responds using the information your business provides, finds out why they are calling, and turns the request into a record your team can take over.

General enquiries

Covers the services you offer, opening hours, address and common arrangements; information follows the version your business has confirmed.

Request capture

Collects contact details, the service needed, location and preferred time to help your team decide the next step.

Booking intent

Finds out the date and time slot the customer would like. Once the calendar connection is set up and signed off, it can check availability and create bookings under your configured rules.

Handover to a person

Transfers to your configured destinations; when no one is available straight away, it records the follow-up details according to the process.
Mrs Chan calls a home-repair company to book a technician visit. The AI assistant asks about the type of problem, the location and a convenient contact time, notes down the details needed, then hands it to the responsible person to confirm. The final inspection method, quotation and visit time are confirmed by the business team or the connected business system.
Without a calendar connection, booking intent is passed to your team to confirm; only a result that is successfully written and confirmed counts as a confirmed booking.

AI Outbound Sales & Customer Follow-up

Sales cold calling is one of the core outbound applications. The AI assistant makes a first business introduction to target prospects, finds out their needs and interest, invites further discussion and organises the information for sales to take over; it can also handle follow-up on existing enquiries and customers.
Prospect introduction
A first business introduction to target prospects.
Needs discovery
Find out needs, interest and the next useful step.
Enquiry follow-up
Follow up on existing enquiries and customers.
Sales handover
Organise responses into outcomes or to-dos.

How an outbound call runs

1. Set the target audience, list, opening introduction, needs questions, intent criteria and calling hours
2. Complete the DNC and applicable contact-condition checks
3. Launch the outbound campaign
4. Review customer responses
5. Hand over to sales
Requests for a later call, expressions of interest and requests for a booking are all organised into outcomes or to-dos according to your settings; actual call-backs, calendar bookings and customer-system updates require the relevant process or a connection that has been signed off.

How to evaluate it

Businesses can review call results on the platform and report cold-call and enquiry follow-up separately: contacts reached, connection rate, intent and items to follow up. Intent, confirmed bookings and actual attendance are counted separately.

Topkee-provided number

Your business can buy a CALL ID on the platform yourself and set up inbound call handling, outbound sales or customer follow-up flows.

Connect your own PBX

Connect the PBX system your business already has; system compatibility, number routing and manual transfer arrangements are confirmed before go-live.

Cold-call compliance, handled for you

Topkee has applied to the government for the DNC lists applicable to AI promotional calls, and arranges to be added to the TVA do-not-call system before outbound calling begins.
Your business must confirm the source of your lists, their purpose and the consent required. When a customer says they do not want to be contacted again, designated staff must update the do-not-call list before any further calls, without relying on the government list's update cycle.
In Hong Kong, promotional calls conducted entirely by AI must be handled in line with the applicable Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance; direct marketing involving personal data must also meet the corresponding privacy requirements.
Recording scope, retention period, access rights and deletion arrangements will be confirmed with you before go-live; recording capability may differ between phone connection methods.

Frequently asked questions

I am not technical — can I do it myself?

Yes. The process is sign up → get a number → configure the AI assistant → test and go live, and all four steps happen on the platform. Add professional services if you need help.

Can it speak Cantonese?

Cantonese, English or a mix can be assessed as needed, and the usable range is confirmed with real call samples.

I already have a PBX — can it connect?

Yes, it can connect to the PBX your business already has; system compatibility, number routing and manual transfer arrangements are confirmed before go-live.

Are bookings written to the calendar automatically?

Once the calendar connection is set up and signed off, it can check availability and create bookings under your configured rules. Without a calendar connection, booking intent is passed to your team to confirm.

How long are recordings kept?

Confirmed by your actual plan. Recording scope, retention period, access rights and deletion arrangements are confirmed before go-live; recording capability may differ between connection methods.

Is cold calling compliant?

Topkee has applied for the DNC lists and arranges to be added to the TVA do-not-call system before outbound calling; promotional calls conducted entirely by AI must comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance, and personal data used in direct marketing must meet privacy requirements.

Are local calls really unlimited?

Yes. Hong Kong local call charges are included in the monthly fee with no per-minute charges; additional numbers and international calls are confirmed separately.

What should I prepare before starting?

Four kinds of information: business and process, phone and language, people and systems, and outbound lists and authorisation records. See "Before you start" below.

Have these four things ready before you start

Business and process

The scenarios you want to handle first, opening hours, service areas, common questions, pricing or policy information, and anything the AI must not commit to.

Phone and language

Choose a Topkee-provided number or connect your own PBX; provide existing system details, preferred service hours, main language and a busy-line fallback arrangement.

People and systems

Who takes over calls and the follow-up time limit; if bookings or data connections are needed, provide the relevant systems and authorisation arrangements.

Outbound and data

The source of outbound lists, the purpose of contact and the required authorisation records; your requirements for notifying, storing and reviewing call records and recordings.
